Throughout Dorne, and in the Dornish quarter of Braavos, a letter is circulating.

The letter,written in the hand of Lord Horas Blackwood, to Lord Francis Varner, details the plot by which the two conspired to place Lady Tristeza Martell on the throne of Dorne.

It strongly implies that Tristeza knew, and approved, of the execution of Emelia Martell by Horas' hand.

"History keeps her secrets longer than most of us. But she has one secret that I will reveal to you tonight in the greatest confidence. Sometimes there are no winners at all. And sometimes nobody needs to lose."
