I'm getting a slight jump on the start of the game in 510 by posting notices of the tournament at Storm's End, since I want it to take place this week so Baldwin can host his tourney when he's back online next week.
I want to remind people that they also have some control of characters in the employ of their main character -- even if your character isn't the type to joust in a tournament, it is possible that a knight in your service could increase their reputation via entry (example: Lord Baldwin could have Lord Jayson Plumm enter). Just a thought!

1) In 507 Lyessa birthed the first child of their union, a boy named Rickon. Doran became very successful as Master of Ships organising the fishermen into an even more profitable fleet and building fifty new galleys for the realm. He also put paid to many pirates romaing the Narrow Sea and up and down the coasts, personally commanding a small war fleet against a band of pirate ships and burning several, the three that attempted to escape were forced onto the rocks at Dragonstone. Those that survived were sent to the Wall.
2) Doran moved his family to a large manor in the Lannister lands about five miles south east of Casterly Rock, however he spent a lot of the year at court performing his duty.
Doran spent most of the autumn of 508 and some of winter 508-9 travelling amongst the Free Cities recruiting ship's captains to aid the manning of the fleet in King's Landing which had grown to nearly a thousand ships, including over two hundred Tyroshi merchants who had sworn allegiance to the Crown. He learnt many things in those exotic lands which made him uneasy, including a plague which was afflicting many people and was said to have come from Asshai or the Dothraki lands. Because of this he ordered his fleet of five ships home and ordered all trading vessels from outside Westeros to be quarantined before entering the land. To enable this he had built a great set of piers a mile off King's Landing to quarantine all foreign ships. He also had strong but small war fleets posted at all the ports of the Kingdoms, all told six hundred ships.
3) In late 509 Lyessa fell pregnant with their second child, believed to be a girl (As yet unborn) In the summer of that year her brother Steffon returned from his voyages of thirteen years and took up residency at the Dreadfort, with his Lysene wife and seven children, and extesnive retinue, in tow. He placed his own fleet of seventeen ships into the command of his brother-in-law. Doran had ever liked Steffon and their friendship grew after his return.
Doran's squire Sandor returned to House Clegane to aid his mother and sister upon the death of his father. He was not replaced, although Doran did take into his service a highborn bastard of Umber, Edrick Snow, who also represented him in tourneys.

Sorry Lord Plumm is on a quest.
Ser Timm Vikary can attend your tourny, but he may be a Kingsguard so that won't be up to me.
Of course Ser Tomas Clegane can attend, he is the best sword in the west.
Other then that I would just be making up names.

1. Over four years time, I focus on greatly increasing troop and treasury size of House Royce, taking several large loans from the Iron Bank in Braavos to do so.
2. I discover that I have a son. I impregnated a Braavosi whore during my travels, and he has come to live with me in Runestone. I legitimize him and controversially give him the surname of Royce instead of Stone.
3. While visiting Ser Steffen Lannister in Riverrun, I have an affair with his wife Daena Targaryen.
4. I maintain close ties with House Lannister and attempt to bury the hatchet with House Tyrell.
5. I ride into the Mountains of the Moon to slay a warrior who attempts to unite all the clans under one banner. I slay him in battle, and the clans give me a nickname; Dreamkiller.
5. I become close friends with Prince Aemon (maybe King now).
6. Attempt a visit to Dorne and the Martells.

Other then that I would just be making up names. I'll probably take Vikary (if Crake clears it) and Clegane. I'll resort to making up names if I need to make up numbers. If they do well, you might want to write the names down! Cheers.

1) Lucian disbands the armies of Dorne accept for simple garrisons. He signs on Elciron Sand as his second in command. Lucian heads back to Sunspear. Elciron remains in the Dornish marchs at Blackhaven in the Princes Pass.
2) Lucian takes the down time to settle in with his wife. She becomes pregnant. At the end of the second year their baby boy is born. Devan Martell. He spends the good part of the year out of his services and running the family thing.
3) Appointed Castellan of Sunspear. Accepts the offer to the Royces tournament. Will go to participate.
And yadada...not really much I can think of to cover 4 years. Normally these things just progress on there own.
