With things with Dorne cooling down, and if peace emerges, then we will be able to do the Time Jump.
Here is what I envisioned:
We will RP the dying days of Aegon the Ungrateful, Cold etc, and usher in the coronation of Aemon the Honest. The Time Jump will throw us four years into the future, in the closing months of the year 510.
At this point in time, (Autumn or Fall, whichever you prefer) is upon us. There is great peace in Westeros, Aemon has so far been a great King, and the people are very content with him. However, we will start things off in the aftermath of the first snow (mind you, just a few showers) in Southron kingdoms in years.
There will be new tensions on money and food (more importantly food), as people start to scrounge around for things in time for Winter. We may see some more involvement with the Wall, the King-Beyond-The-Wall, and possibly the Others.
What I need from you though, is a post (post in response to this), that describes what has happend to you over the past four years. You can have gotten married, had children, nearly died, earned a knighthood, or if you really wish- you could have in fact died.
With all of that in mind, you will also be able to change your second, if you wish, because seconds will now have skills. I will allow Seconds the same skills that players have had but with only one expert skill.
So please, below this post please brainstorm what your character has been doing- I'm going to likely ask you all to write a scenario covering (briefly) the four years- and the skills of your second (and who they are).
Thanks and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Lord Baldwin Lannister does the following in order of importance.
1)He rebuilds the Westlands to even stronger and richer then they were before the war. Starting a Gold Producers coalition to reduce production and raise cost. And letting Watson Poggs become a legendary steward.
2)He advises the King, and helps him rule the kingdom. Whenever the King calls he travels to King's Landings, other wise he remains in Casterly Rock
3)Maintains good relations with the Royces, Attempts to create a good and reliable relationship with the Tyrells.
4)Support Steffan Lannister in becoming a strong and influential Riverlands lord. Baldwin uses his political influence whenever possible to aid the worm(within reasonable limits)
5)He wants to hold a Grand Tourney with Melee, Jousting, and Archery events on the fifth anniversary of the battle at the Rock. There will also be contests for best song, or story about the battle of the Rock. At this event their will be a monument erected to those who fell raising the Dragon back to its rightful position.
Lord Piers Bettley 1)Stays in Kings Landing as Baldwin's representative most of the time. With Occasional trips home, and recreationals into the wilderness. Lannisport will be run mostly by Watson Poggs after he proves himself to be an exceptional steward.
2)He will try and befriend the king and royal family, and other noble that visits the capital with his charm and sense of humor
3)He will be Master of coins de facto with Baldwin rebuilding his homeland. The polices that the men will push are a)Low Spending b)Debt payment, with as little borrowing as possible c)Introducing a Tariff on all goods shipped into Westeros. This will require starting a Customs organization to enforce the law, and capture smugglers
4)He will enjoy himself when ever possible
5)Oh he may try and find a bride. To continue on his house
Other characters of note Lady Serena Lannister will die from some tragic illness
Elena Lannister and Lord Jayson Plumm will embark on a trip, first to Oldtown, and then across the Narrow Sea, and then north to above the wall
Benedicta Lannister becomes more and more cruel, culminating in the death of a servant.
Ser Timm Vikary will hopeful become a member of the KingsGuard.

I think we could continue it without too much of a problem (through the Time Jump) it would speed up the process of Spear trying to find them.

The story of Callen and Aranya is almost done. I've written a Time Jump scenario, and Elane is looking it over, and adding Aranya's parts. I'll give you a hint, Spear hasn't found us. I'm asuming he will after the Time Jump.

I just read the scenario where Spear gets captured. So that concludes things with him, for a while at least.

Lilith before the time jump (and before the death of Aegon) will have such nightmares about the 50,000 dead that she quits her interpreting position (Elspeth Stone will get it) and starts a Robin Hoodesque band to protect the down trodden of Westeros. During the time jump the band will prosper. She will return to the world a hardened woman in the beginning of August (I am travelling through most of July so won't be checking in regularly). She might procreate.

1. Emelia will definitely make an heir in the interim, though definitely not get married. She will legitimate any of her own children at birth. Emelia will, however, find herself a paramour (-not- the father of her child). 2. She will move the Princess' seat to the Sun Throne instead of the Spear Throne, as Dorne won free without bloodshed this time, and the Sun is "a bringer of life, as well as death, and the mightiest ally of Dorne." 3. She will rule Dorne with an eye towards peace and prosperity. Instead of "rebuilding," Dorne is "growing." She will seek to normalize relations with the Reach and the Stormlands, rebuild the Dornish/Lannister friendship through Serena (until the latter's death) and build a close alliance with the Targaryens through the new blood tie and through simply keeping in touch. 4. Emelia and Piers have a lengthy and rather nasty quarrel over the tariff laws, and brawls in ports between Dornish sailors and customs agents are common in the months immediately after the tariff goes into play. Eventually, Emelia extracts an agreement to receive a twentieth of the tariffs collected by Westeros in exchange for establishing a Dornish tariff agency, but false-flagging by smugglers and Emelia's lax attitude towards the tariff remain a common gripe of the Master of Coin. 5. Emelia will, of course, strengthen her bond with Oberyn and continue studying the Higher Mysteries, becoming a master sorceress.
Jon Sand will remain her quick-witted fool and enjoy every minute of it.
Maester James will keep growing older, but he'll continue playing Dr. Watson for Emelia.

A question, Crake: What are the Starks doing? Are they going to follow Martell out?

Emelia you have two choices, either let custem agents into Dorne, or your merchants will have to pay the tarriff when landing in the rest of Westeros. Either is fine with me.

Option #3: refusing the Master of Coin point-blank, pointing out the treaty terms, and asking Aemon to hold to the deal and set the Master of Coin straight.
Crake, how's Aemon the Honest going to play this one? Back the Master of Coin's demands (insert another border disaster mid-TJ)? Ask Emelia to compromise? Repeal the tariff?

Starks are going to submit but just because they need help surviving. There will only be a few left anyway.

Alright a compromise, Emelia you charge the same tariff as the rest of us, and keep the procedes to your self. That way you are independent, but there is no unfair competiation between ports.
