Road to Norvos

[Flex]

Beric approaches a man who looks like he could be in charge of the men. "Greetings! I am Beric Dayne, captain of 'The Swords of Dawn'. Are you in charge of these men?"

[The Stranger]

"No. Ain't no one in charge no more." says the man, who is wearing a white tunic and turban on his head, and leaning on a long spear. "We was with the Twin Swords, but the Captains done got killed in Norvos, so now we're kind of out of luck."

[Flex]

"Two brothers? I remember the men; they were good fighters, yet angry men. How would you like to join my company? We are always on the lookout for men."

[The Stranger]

"Pays an equal share for every man? That's what we had here with the Twin Swords?..."

[Flex]

"Once we get back to Braavos, where my masters await, the pay will indeed be equal for every man. Until then, the joys and glory of battle shall be our rewards!"

[The Stranger]

"Whose your master?" says the Spear leaner, curiously, he lifts up one leg, and remains balanced on the spear.

[Flex]

"A princess, and powerfull one at that." Beric decides not to tell the men of her current station as an exile. "She and her accomplices will have enough money to pay every man fairly."

[Sam]

The tall man sitting on his horse can be seen riding toward the parlay.

[The Stranger]

"We'll will go with you as far as Braavos, but we'll want to make sure theres a contract before we put our necks on the line eh?"

[Flex]

"Of course." Beric answers. Gaharr whistles and Beric looks up towards the rider.

[Flex]

ooc: okay.

Beric announces that the 250 men that formerly belonged to 'The Twin Swords' are now part of 'The Swords of Dawn'. The men cheer, and the now combined force of 391 men head towards Norvos.

[Sam]

The tall man sits on his horse, in the middle of the road, as the two groups of men join and start to move towards him. At their head rides a man in black steel plate. The tall man waits for them to get close. The hilt of a bastard sword is visible over his shoulder.

[Flex]

OOC - well my scenario was posted secretly, the armor is actually gold now.. also white tabards bla bla bla...

IC - Beric, riding at the head of the group, sees a man in the distance. He is sitting on his horse in the middle of the road. As they get closer, Beric can see that the man is rather tall and armed.

[Lord Howland Royce]

Hodor carrying the standard, white, with a red sun and a golden sword. Chants his name and pats the mules head from time to time.

[Sam]

"I guess it has been you. I've been looking for work throughout two of the Free Cities and both sent me on east following you. I suppose it's true you've been hiring men of the sword?" he said, looking at the near four-hundred men behind him.
