Since we are pushing increased intrigue in the game, it might be time for us to consider the private passing of messages. If players plot amongst themselves, they can pass messages which would ordinarily be possible for enemy agents to intercept.
Is it time to suggest that all IC messages if not sent to an Admin with the request to forward it towards its intended recipient, at least be CC:ed to an admin? It is a relatively simple task to add "Admin" or stranger, to the recipient line, and would keep us in the loop.
One of my biggest pet peeves as a spy player was that it was almost impossible to learn of any conspiracy in time to act, because they if the admin doesn't know, he can't tell you.

I agree in principle, but its one of those rules we will never be able to enforce. I guess we should go for it, but I hate that is may only affect the honorable players.

Well, if we don't have anything and they act on it, its metagaming. They won't be able to say later, "OH but I sent a letter, because it will not be documented.
