I think they'd be the same as they were alive. Maybe worse...read the Jon Snow chapter where he fights one. I can't think of how he describes the wight in it.

Hmm okay.... What skill level would you say the Others would have for sword then?

I dunno why I'm even asking, it's not like you'll know....

They are described in the opening chapter as very skilled but lazy fighters. I'd give the average a master level but there would be some higher.
