"Would you believe she would accept marrying a younger boy?"

"She's eleven milord, and what she will or won't accept doesn't enter into it. Who do you have in mind?"

"Young Lord Tyrell perhaps? Who better then the daughter of our most famous general to marry Craych."

"This... this is a great honor, why milord of course I accept. I accept whole heartedly..." Crane dropped to one knee. "thank you Lord Regent. I won't forget this. Do you have the betrothal documents here that we can make it official? Oh my dear wife will be so glad."

Tallahar takes a document he was reading, "I have already signed my name. As a warning though Crane this is done with my power as Regent. Craych when he matures at 16 may refuse the marriage. But I am sure if the girl were to spend some time here he will grow to love her."

Crane's eyes narrow. He stands.
"Giving with the right milord, and taking with the left? Betrothals are holy before Septon and Gods, even for Kings and Lords. I'll not be interested in any false betrothal Lord Regent. Either it is, or it is not a valid contract for marriage."

Tallahar looks at the man, "Of course it is a valid contract. Please sign. So tell what is your daughters age?"

"She's still eleven milord, same as she was a few moments ago, when I last mentioned it." Crane laughed, and signed the document.
"I presume you have a copy for yourself?" He asked.

"Yes and a copy has been made for the Measter to record. What is your sweet daughters name?"

"Marisol." Lord Earl said, "She is my youngest. The other two have been married for some time." He signed the copy for Lord Tyrell and the copy for the Maesters.

"Of course milord. It would be a privilege."

Tallahar stood and walked over to a small cabinet. He came back with a very old looking wine bottle that had large amounts of dust on it. Opening the bottle he poured to glasses and passed one to the General, "The wine merchant that gave this to me said it was made in the region of King Edric the First."

"I can scarce believe it, but let's see if King Edric knew something we didn't." Crane said with a smile, as he sipped the wine.
"And... I have to say, that's pretty good."

Tallahar drained his glass in one swallow, "Yes it is rather good."
