Stupid wolfboy:
Maleagant Bolton was sitting in his room, drinking some wine, accompanied by Berenger and Beringar, when ser Dwayne Ironhammer entered and bowed.
"I sent some men, as you asked," he said, "appearantly the rumours are true. Roose Stark is back at Winterfell."
"I see," Maleagant said as he stirred his cup of wine, his voice almost a whisper, "i see." You stupid wolfboy.
Next moment he flinged the cup away in a fit of rage, sending it crashing against the wall. Ser Dwayne was startled to see his lord loose his cool.
"My lord, i ..."
"The stupid fool!" Maleagant yelled, "i am sick af that stupid child! He should be sucking milk from his mother's teat instead of trying to play the lord!"
Ser Dwayne was puzzled. "My lord, was his return north not what you wanted?"
"Yes, yes," Maleagant said irritably, "ofcourse. But who does that stupid boy thinks he is? How many letters have i send him, urging him to return north?
Five, six? How many did he send back, not even one! Does that idiot thinks he is so far above me that there is no need to inform me of anything? Sure, he got back, but that little monkey didn't even let me know that, i had to find out myself. Has he lost his fingers to the cold, i wonder, making him unable to write even one lousy letter? He didn't even do what i asked him, he didn't even make a decree where he offered leniency to Jack Lordsbane and his rebels! Who knows what his plans are?"
"My lord, what do you want to do," asked the Ironhammer, "should i send a few men to Winterfell?"
"Bah, we should better send some assasins," Maleagant replied, "i should have listened to Jack Lordsbane in the first place and have the boy murdered a long time ago."
Ser Dwayne knew his lord was speaking out of anger, so he waited. And true enough, Maleagant calmed down after a few minutes.
"No," he said with a softer voice, "i managed to calm Jack Lordsbane only by telling him Roose Stark was sure to offer leniency. But now that he returned without making that decree, there is no telling as to what the rebels will do. I will send the envoys later, currently our situation is more important. As of now, use the best scouts you have. Send them into every direction. Urge them to be very watchful, let them report any unusual activity. I swear, i will not have these crazy men burning anybody in my territory. Count on our whisperers especially, let them inform us of any type of strange behavior that comes from within."
After Maleagant was done talking, ser Dwayne bowed and left to give all the commands.
