Ulfrik Greyjoy and the entirety of the 500 men in his command charge the Harlaw men at the fight. Their primary objective, to kill Dagon Harlaw, is of the utmost importance. Only after this goal is achieved will they turn their focuses to taking Pyke. Also: after Dagon is dead, Ulfrik will try to persuade the men of Pyke to throw down their arms and pledge themselves to him, the last true Greyjoy, and to the Drowned God.
Ulfrik: Expert+ Persuasion / Expert Polearm / Noteworthy Battle / Noteworthy Religion - The Drowned God (If it helps persuade them) Yaron: Noteworthy Swordfighting
Andrik's Second and Third Surri: Expert Axe-and-Sword Grigg: Noteworthy Mace

500 men in Ulfrik's command? After all the ones that died at Ghaston Grey? I have to raise an objection to that.
This isn't taking place at castle Pyke, this is taking place at Lordsport, since there is no harbour at castle Pyke. Lordsport is where the majority of the force of 6,000 men who are still called up to protect the Iron Islands are stationed. I imagine many of them would have been watching the fight, and Dagon is their overall commander while Felryn is away.
Also, petition for Dagon to be increased to Expert Sword after defeating Andrik Greyjoy.

There were 600 ironborn in the fight at Ghaston Grey, between Erik, Andrik, and myself. By the end of the battle 350 were alive, and we managed to get 300 to join us. Erik left with 100 men, and we left 50 men in command of Ghaston Grey.
500 men sailed with Andrik and I to Pyke.
EDIT- Sorry about the at Pyke bit. The thread was named 'Pyke Harbour', so I had assumed that's where it was taking place.

The Greyjoys drowned and recruited members at Ghaston Grey, with a net gain of only 50 people all told.
By majority, let us say 3,000, divided into Castle Pyke (2,000) and Lordsport (1,000).
Dagon's petition to Expert is denied, as He did not roll well, He just managed to roll not quite as incredibly bad as Andrik.
Ulfrik, do you still wish to proceed knowing the odds?

By majority, let us say 3,000, divided into Castle Pyke (2,000) and Lordsport (1,000). No, there would be little point in leaving that many at Castly Pyke, as leaving most men at Lordsport allows them to get to the fleet easily, as Lordsport is theonly place the fleet can be harboured at Pyke.

Ulfrik Grey: 70 w/ 500 Reavers. Vs.
Dagon Harlaw: 60 (Apprentice Battle) W/ 2,000 Iron Born
Ulfrik: 105 Dagon: 145
Ulfrik charges, and initially holds its ground, but soon reinforcements from Lordsport pour into the battle, and begin to overwhelm the Greyjoy reavers.
Remaining troops; Ulfrik: 275 Harlaw: 1950
Round 2: Ulfrik: 137 Harlaw: 68
Pressed down to the shoreline, the Harlaw troops attack, but they have made the mistake of giving the Greyjoy's no way out, and the cornered men fight like vicious animals, hacking their way through Harlaw men.
Remaining troops: Ulfrik: 85 Harlaw: 1600
Round 3:
Ulfrik: 159 Harlaw: 94
Ulfrik's men fight like demons, but eventually they are overwhelmed.
Remaining: Ulfrik: 25 Harlaw: 1500
Ulfrik's men begin to throw down their weapons and step away from their captain.

No matter how many men desert him, Ulfrik continues to fight on with a berserk-like determination.
Also, I find it hard to believe that all 2,000 of Dagon's men were present and ready to fight. I didn't expect to live through this fight anyway, so it's not big deal.

well, they weren't Ulfrik. A battle round is not the same as a fight round. It could have been an hour or even two hours that the fighting was going on. If you were trying to fight your way onto your ships to escape it would have been one thing, but fighting to take over the Island... is another.
Ulfrik continues to resist, and his eventually overwhelmed and stabbed to death.

Stranger, did Yaron Farwynd get killed?
If not, what are you doing with my surviving men, Felryn?
