Barris once again knelt at the Prince's words. "Thank you, my Prince Aellion. I will remain faitful, dragons or no dragons. But of course, I shall like to see them if you permit," he said, adding a grin.
----------------
Barris laughed and gave a friendly grin when he heard Daemon's concerns. "With all due respect, if you cannot trust me because my House has betrayed House Targaryen, then you will not be able to accept anybody in Westeros, but you must slaughter them all." He grew more serious and spoke to the man seriously. "I am afraid that most men put their own personal ambitions and greed above loyalty and honor to their rightful sovereign; it is a shame, I know, but true men come along rare enough, and true Houses as a whole are a real miracle, young ser." He took a seat beside Daemon. "Actually, we do not serve Lord Tyrell. That part of Westeros was cut in half a few years back; Lord Hightower rules over my House and our neighbors."

"You speak the truth, Ser Grapes, honest men such as yourself are a rare commodity in this world. Tell me, what lords and knights of Westeros would you trust to come fight under my royal uncle's banner, when he finally brings it across the Narrow Sea?" Daemon waved his hand, and a serving wench brought two glasses of a Dornish Red to the table, placing them between Daemon and Ser Barris. Daemon raised his, and began to drink.

Barris thought about it for a moment. "To be even more honest, ser, I will tell you that the region I hail from, the Far Reach, is loyal to a fault to the false King Baratheons, except for lone men like myself. The same can be said for the Valemen, and the North will most likely be aloof as they are many times. But other than that, all of the might of the Mander, West, Riverlands, and even the Stormlands where the Baratheon family has ruled for many years would perhaps declare themselves for your uncle's cause. There are true men in Westeros yet; I am not a special case by any means, do not despair. I believe enough will come to the true side."

"I am no Ser, though my father has soon promised to knight me. Who rules the each of the Seven Kingdoms? My father has taught me that each of them were once independent, until they were united by our ancestor, King Aegon I, and after his conquest each kingdom had an overlord who served under the King. Who is the Overlord of each of the kingdoms, and what men of skill on the battlefield will oppose our invasion?"

Barris smiled. "I am glad you are interested. It is called the Seven Kingdoms, though there are sometimes more than seven, in truth. The Baratheons rule from the Iron throne and also the Stormlands. The Martells, Dorne; The Royces, the Vale; the Blackwoods, Riverlands; the Starks in the freezing North; the Hightowers in the Far Reach; the Tyrells in the Mander; the Lannisters in the rich West; and the Harlaws rule the pieces of rock they call the Iron Islands. As for notable men that will surely oppose us, I will tell you Bloody Alex Irwyn of the Reach, a great general, and Roland Royce, the Hand of the King. Robb Tarly, my own brother through marriage, is a great sword and my sources now tell me he wields a valyrian sword. Those are the men from the Far Reach and Vale that I know will surely oppose us."

Ser Daemon waved his hand in a bored manner. "I know the families that rule, I wish to know of the men. Tell me of Lord Stark, Lord Tyrell, Lord Hightower, Lord Lannister, Lord Tully, and Lord Royce? Which of these men will be dangerous, which are cowards, and which might prove loyal to us?" He leaned in close to the Grape Knight. "What of the sword of my father's House? I know Blackfyre was lost, but what of Dark Sister?"

"Men and swords, is that what your interested in? Well, you will make a mighty fine knight indeed," Barris said with a friendly grin. "One of the most famous men is Tallahar Tyrell, Regent of the Mander, called the Dawn Raider. He is not as great as he once was with sword, but is still a great general. He could help us should he side with us, and will bring the weight of a whole kingdom with him. Up north, the Lord Stark is young, about your age. He fought a foolish battle up north recently above the wall, losing over 10,000 men for a sword. As for your Dark Sister, she is wielded by the Lady Aerie Falgrave, the King's Justice. A woman, no less! It is a disgrace to yourself and His Grace. Do not worry, we will win everything back that is your uncle's by rights. I have complete confidence in that."

ooc: Thomas Clegane has Dark Sister, Aerie Falgrave has the other half of Heartsbane.
"Not quite so dishonorable, my anscestor Queen Rhaenys wielded Dark Sister when her brother Aegon conquered Westeros, though I am sure this Blackwood woman cannot match the queen in skill.
What of Dorne, and the Riverlands? Will they aid us against the false stag kings?"

OOC: Oops... Barris is just stupid then. He fucked up. "Aye, a queen is one thing, but a common whore is another. This woman should not be wielding the sword of your ancestors." He thought again. "As for Dorne, there has just been a massive and bloody war there. Dorne attempted to secede from the rule of the Baratheons into their country, but their army has been completely decimated and their population wiped out for the most part. It is now alnost completely a desert wasteland. As for the Riverlands, I think they will and should support your uncle. They have no love for the false Stag kings."

Daemon nodded. "I had heard rumors of a war in Dorne, and that many noblemen fled to this very city. That is one of the reasons that my father chose Braavos as the place to reveal himself.

"Yes, the Dornish Princess is here, as is the Ser Beric Dayne, the Sword of the Morning, is rumored to be. They would both be important supporters to your family's righteous cause."

Garrack finally gains some courage, "My Prince we should not trust this Redwyne. Don't you know the Lord of the Arbors wife is a Baratheon he is a traitor and will sell you out to the Stags."

Barris shrugged. "It is true; I am even tenth or eleventh in line for the throne itself. Even more reason to trust me, now that I have forsaken my House and forture for the chance to serve my rightful King and Prince."

"Or you are trying to gain favor in court by infiltrating the Targaryen Kings. You are a lier and untruthful."

Barris rose. His hand was ready to go for the poisoned throwing daggers he carried at all times. "Say one more word about my honor, pig fucker, and I will slay you right here and now, to show my Prince that I am loyal."
