To what extent do the various Networks have each other infiltrated? That is to say, to what extent do they have agents inside each other, and know what the others are up to?
Here would be my thoughts:
Piers
Cult of the Dead God- Minimal
Red Dagger- Minimal
Flea- None
Royce- Moderate
Sealord: High Minimal
Connington- High Minimal
Cedric Lannister- Moderate
Aranya- High Minimal

Infiltration Rolls: (on d100, if it falls within the range, than the group also picks up a new event learned by the infiltrated group. So Example. Brandon Royce Learns of Tristy in the Sealord's Palace. On a 50 or lower, Flea also learns.)
Low Minimal: 1-10
Minimal: 1-20
High Minimal: 1-30
Low Moderate: 1-40
Moderate: 1-50
High Moderate: 1-60
Anything higher than High Moderate would be a fully own subsidiary, and the greater Network would pick up everything the lesser network knows.
