So in weirdness, Tytos tried to negotiate with Fowler. and out of a lack of anything to tell him, I had Fowler say that if Alexander and his army will face Fowler and his army in battle, he'd accept. If he wins, he wants a free pass for Tristy and as many lords and people (his words) as want to follow.
I figured he's got a bit of heatstroke, but what he is thinking, is that The Dornish people in exile can wander back east, like the Rhonyar wandered West many years ago, and maybe find a new place to live. (That's kind of insane, but nevermind.)
If we want to allow it, I thought a fair portion of the Dornish could wander East, giving Horas and Tristy a bargain chip when they meet the Tarq. (ie, an army and a people.)
If we don't want to allow it, than King Rickon can simply refuse to accept the terms.

Interesting. Lets go with it. I can not imagine the King accepting that unless it ends the war.

Right. well Fowler is figuring that if he wins, he gets his way, and if he loses, than his army is destroyed anway, so the crown can do what they want.
