I think adding more admin may be a step towards greater confusion (if not amongst you all, then between me and that individual) so if there are any steps you can think of that would help please feel free to mention them.
With that said, I am hoping that we can solve some of the problems here with the 'troop movement' board.

Some steps to integrating the new staff:
Step 1: Obviously, someone everyone can trust (especially Crake) is needed to fill the slot. Step 2: Clear lines of communication. This cannot be stressed enough. Step 3: A clear delineation of who does what. Crake, for instance, handles unattached NPCs and most scenarios, Militarius (hypothetical miladmin) handles troop movements, war battles, personal battles, etc., and Cestercius (TRE reference again) handles all things economic. When there's a question or a gray area, see #2. Step 4: Clear lines of communication, again. Step 5: On the subject: When Crake is acting as admin for an unattached NPC, and sending a military scenario or troop movement to the Military Admin, the scenario is effectively written as the player (for the moment) of the Songlord, not as an admin per se. What this means is, first, that Crake can freely write in his scenario the kind of off-the-wall tactical deviltry that we know he can do, and second, that it'll be treated exactly as if I were playing the Songlord and ordering the same tactic. (What I may be saying, in my usual meandering Zen way, is: a degree of autonomy for both admin.) 6. Those of us who have secret abilities (myself and Lilith right now) will of course need to inform the other admin of them. 7. See #4.
