The Lefford knight sees the third man is still in pain, he jumps in between the other two to wallop him again, managing to dodge out of the way of the first bandit's knife, but not the second, who gives him a flesh wound to the arm.

Ser Martyn is now surrounded, but he is determined to finish off the third bandit, he lets out a roar and attacks the man hard, knocking him out but exposing himself to the other two, who dig their daggers deep into him and pull out, leaving blood pour onto the ground from his wounds.

Martyn is breathing heavily as he cradles his side. The bandits look on eagerly as they approach their target. Martyn lets out final lash attack, but it is not enough, the bandits fall on him, gutting him and leaving him to die in the alley.
