A duel in the training grounds...with blunted weapons.
Elijah is approaching master with a great sword.
Holland is approaching expert with a long sword.
OOC: I just had a scenario in the library go through with Elijah, so rolling will have to wait until 4/5. I just wanted to set it up in advance.

Do you want this rolled or not? I don't know what 4/5 means, I assume it's a time, though it's in an unknown timezone to me.

I'm not positive but I think he meant it as in 04/05/08, or April 5th (today).

Ah yes, you crazy 'mericans, putting the month before the day. I would read that as 4th of May.

Round 1
Elijah Martell: 80 Holland Fowler: 70
EM 139 vs HF 169 (Average Hit)
Elijah comes in bravely, his two hands gripping the hilt of his with a strong down-cut. Holland catches the blow on his shield and deflects it away, then uses the opening to land a loud smack on Elijah's side.
Round 2
Elijah Martell: (-10) 70 Holland Fowler: 70
EM 167 vs HF 85 (Heavy Hit)
Elijah stumbles backwards, and Holland moves to finish him off, but Elijah is too fast for the Fowler warrior, and he just manages to recover and parry the blow in time with his large great sword. Holland's sword is knocked from his hands, but Elijah does not have time to register that his friend is unarmed before he delivers another powerful blow, sending Holland flying to the ground.
