After a short exchange of blows and parries, Jon skillfully angles his shield so that his opponents strike skitters off it's edge and causes Lewys to stumble foward, unbalanced. Seizing his moment, Jon dodges to the side and thumps his blunted sword painfully into the exposed ribs of his foe, sending Lewys tumbling to the ground
