Odhar nodded. "I thank you for your service. It is good tidings you bring me, as I have thought Saella to be a sad girl those few times I have met her. Perhaps it is good for her to meet such a vibrant boy the King is." Odhar discussed trivial matters with Brandon for a while, appraising the man. After a while he offers, "Brandon, it is good service, indeed, that you have offered your family and your realm. I would like you to expand your efforts."

Brandon smiled "I'll also be going to Braavos after I spend some time in King's Landing, there's some unfinished business I have there. Would you like me to speak to the Sealord on behalf of the Vale while I'm there?"

Odhar grunted. "Relations with Braavos are certainly poor these days, but mayhaps you could smooth some of that out with your connections there." Lord Royce smiled a little, "And remind them that Gulltown is near as close as King's Landing when it comes to ports."
