Many men whisper, in nearly all of the Seven Kingdoms, that House Royce of the Vale, aided by the traitor Ser Tytos Blackwood, has kidnapped the king and is forcing him to sign and seal documents against his will. Some men even say that he is kept in the Eyrie's horrifying Sky Cells, though even the Royces could surely not stoop that low..
