The Kingsguard: (Mostly vacant, but I will continue this later)

What happened to the current Kingsguard members by the way. Were they all killed in battle or are some still at Riverrun & other Baratheon forts?
As for the positions filled so far, to the victors the spoils it seems

Ser Nyles Crane is the only current member of the Kingsguard, the rest were either killed or removed after the war.

Can anyone put forward their name to fill that position as Master Of Ships? I confess that I covet such a position, and truthfully, I have many contacts amongst seafarers that would prove invaluable to the Crown.
