I swear you're sole goal right now is to make my plan fail.

Hmmm? That is not my goal. Should I just let you blow up the red keep though?

Why the hell is it that everyone Roose meets is hostile to him?

Well I play a lot of ass holes.
Alright I have always played Bracken as an ass.
Piers was mean because he was trying to put Roose in his place. He did march an army south before changing his mind.
I think a lot of nobles would treat a bastard made Lord Paramount that way.

I know, I'm not bitter. Its actually kinda entertaining.
But I always imagined Bracken as more of a Mark Antony from HBO's Rome ass rather than a pompous noble ass. Besides, the way he is acting to Roose makes no sense. He didn't seem to mind Selwyn and Aranya though they were both legitimized by Callen.
In fact he was quite friendly with them.

He did not like Selwyn... Aranya had other attributes though.
And to be honest I think he is just going after what he perceives your weak point to be.

So is he not really that hostile then? Just sceptical of Roose's abilities?

Ha blow up the Red Keep that's funny. I never wanted to do that. You actually believed that...that's hilarious. No I have more fun goals. My sarcastic thing here is pointing out that just randomly your NPC's and events are screwing me. No one else can touch me yet just you.

I do not really know your plans. I get some of them but haven't really tried to put them all together.
And also what do you expect to do Roose? Bracken is not sending any more men North in this weather.

Good then I'm doing my job right. But any more bad luck and my plan falls on my head. I hate going to the drawing board.

If you could walk into a room and flip a switch and suddenly all your plans happened that would be boring. It is better this way, more fun.

I'm not trying to stay her for long and to have fun Smith. I want this to go off then I'm out. Complete or not.

For the moment he probably won't do anything in this weather, logistics for a large army would be too tough, he'll just stay to help shore of the defenses along the Walls.
However, he does want to take a small party north to find Benjen.

When can I post in the Wall thread, providing that Marten left King`s Landing just after the tournament, and his 5000 Knights are moving North constantly? Sorry, but the time/travel issue always confused me in this game.
