Roland unhorsed Ser Ulwick with a cold efficiency, but couldn't help break into a smile when the crowd cheered his victory. He saluted them as he rode from the field.
After Aranya presented the champions' rewards, he smiled politely at his cousin. "Thank you Lady Aranya, but I must of course honor my obligations to the Vale Watch and Lord Arryn."

"I expected nothing less," she said, as she handed him the reins of the blood bay stallion, Roland's prize. "But now you may join the Vale Watch and Rhodri's service with honor and as a known name."

OOC: There's this thing called a bridle "You rode well too, Ser Auron," Aranya said courteously. "You did Princess Nymeria and Dorne proud. As did Ser Sylas Wyl."

Roland smiled at Ser Auron. "Fortune was with me today, it would appear. I did show better than I did at King's Landing. So, how does the evening find you?"

"The evening finds me good. Although, I find myself in need of a companion for drink. Would you mind joining me at the inn?" Auron asked Roland, smiling.

"My cousin is having a feast in honor of the tourney at the Dun Fort. We can surely do some drinking there."

Steffons dismounts from his horse, nodding graciously to his opponent. To his sister-in-law he bows, "Your highness." Adn to Aranya he does as well, "Keep the horse, give it to someone in less need of it than I, and if you would, give my winnings to any needy family."

"As you wish, my lord," Aranya said, smiling.

"Is there anything you wish of me, m'lady?" He asks, holding 'Dawn's' reigns in his hand though the steed makes no move to flee.

Anya smirks as Ser Vance is knocked from his feet in the melee. Turning to Aranya she says "Looks like that prancing dandy isn't as good as he thinks he is"

Aranya touched the diamond pendant, winking and flashing at her throat as it hung on a silver chain. "Oh, you'd be amazed at how good he is, my lady."

Anya snorted. She was not so stupid as to not realise the knight's reputation. "Some prizes are easier obtained than others it seems" he smiles coldly

"I don't know," Aranya cooed. "Not everyone is awarded a prize. Of course, my lady is welcome to prove me wrong." She smiled wickedly.
The crowds roared and cheered as Ser Harmond Locke won the melee.
