Selwyn looks left and right. "I crossed the rocks, didn't I? The boy said..." He chuckles to himself. "If I hadn't been a fool, I'd never have had you, Aranya."

Aranya's sword cleaved through the remaining wildlings, splitting them apart. She killed savagely, as if a fiend had possessed her. When she turned on the warlock, her armor was splattered in gore and blood, and her eyes burned with a hellish fire.

Rhodri takes three sideways steps back, but keeps his sword up. Out of the corner of his eye he is watching his fallen sibling.

Fryse turned to Aranya, his axe out, he went toward her.
"Calm yerself. You have the battle madness. Don' do somethin' you'll regret. Asides! Ole Blue Lips and that wizard seem to be havin' a contest o' the wills. WOuldn't git between em."

Horas takes the baby, and sets it down on the ground gently. Then he turns and stabs his dagger deep into the warlock's throat, his eyes cold.

Aranya shoved Fryse aside and strode up swiftly, barely hearing the words the Crow and the warlock exchanged, barely seeing the baby. Her eyes blazed at the warlock.
As she came up, the Crow killed him.
