Do you mean the dinner party? Because Lyndsey had to cancel on that.

Are you sure, Because your last post outside of this thread is "If it pleases you, ser, I will do so." in response to the banquet?
Or should I assume something happened on a locked board?

Oh, yeah... invited Gideon's character. Maybe we'll recruit him somehow.

Right. I think Princess Caitlyn seems interested by Lyndsey, and her son (by Barret Tyrell) will become Lord of the Mander. This will almost definitely bring us closer to House Baratheon and House Tyrell.

That would be excellent. Are there any Tyrell PCs?

Tallahar Tyrell, and Rindwynd Tyrell. Also Lord Varner, Lord Irwyn, and Lord Falgraves are bannerlords in the Reach.

Hmm... Varner worries me. Being Master of Whisperers. We need to get him on our side somehow. The Tyrell link won't work so well with him, I think.

True. Drawing him to our side may be a bit tough though, or at least it may need frequent talks with him.

What are your thoiughts on the heir of Crakehall marrying a Lannister?
Because Marten seems fond of the idea.

That's odd for Marten to approve of that. His second character is the heir to Crakehall, so it wouldn't be helping him out much more politically than usual.

I apologize, meant to say 'Marry a Baratheon?"

That sounds good to me. Perhaps you can offer him your daughter? Or...perhaps we can offer -Randal- Lannister your daughter? He is still Regent for another 8 years or so, I believe.

The Lannister regent? Now there's a real ally. If we're opposing the Boltons, we need to seperate the Boltons from the Lannisters. Marten's engagement to Elaena Bolton will have to severed. The Lannisters and Boltons are far too unstable a match.

My thoughts precisely.
