Since I have too much free time, I'm working on a list of house strengths to send to the Smith for confirmation. This list works under the assumption that there are 110 (make that now 400) ships in the Ironfleet.
Let me know if you think any changes should be made.
----
House Blacktyde of Blacktyde – 22 ships
House Botley of Lordsport – 12 ships
House Codd – 10 ships
House Drumm of Old Wyk – 21 ships
House Farwynd of the Lonely Light – 3 ships
House Farwynd of Sealskin Point – 6 ships
House Goodbrother of Hammerhorn – 27 ships
House Goodbrother of Shatterstone – 8 ships
House Goodbrother of Orkmont – 6 ships
House Harlaw of Pyke – 33 ships
House Harlaw of Ten Towers – 27 ships
House Harlaw of Tower of Glimmering – 5 ships
House Harlaw of Harridan Hill - 5 ships
House Harlaw of Grey Garden – 4 ships
House Humble – 8 ships
House Kenning of Harlaw – 13 ships
House Merlyn of Pebbleton – 18 ships
House Myre of Harlaw – 10 ships
House Netley – 8 ships
House Orkwood of Orkmont – 22 ships
House Saltcliffe of Saltcliffe – 22 ships
House Sharp – 10 ships
House Shepherd – 10 ships
House Sparr of Great Wyk – 15 ships
House Stonehouse of Old Wyk – 10 ships
House Stonetree of Harlaw – 10 ships
House Sunderly of Saltcliffe – 9 ships
House Tawney of Orkmont – 10 ships
House Volmark of Harlaw – 12 ships
House Weaver – 9 ships
House Wynch of Iron Holt – 12 ships
EDIT: Updated for new increased fleet

As you can see there are lots of houses and not so many total ships. I originally figured two ships for your house, since the people of Bear Island wouldn't center their lives around sailing like the people of the Iron Islands would.

Not yet, anyway.
But as for the House Harlaw strength, didn't Felryn have a dozen ships when he was just pirating? What happened to those?

I actually changed that to half a dozen, because I figured given the amount of total ships we had a dozen was too many. If they count as being within the fleet, then they make up part of the ships from the various houses who captained them (Harlaw, Goodbrother, Kenning, Wynch), if they don't then they're just a seperate thing which aren't taken into consideration.

A thing I should ask the Smith or Benfry is whether gaining Bear Island increased the amount of ships and men we could field. I'm sure it did, but it's worth checking.

Wouldent House Merlyn of Pebbleton have more ships? Seeing as how Pebbleton is the largest town in the Isles.

That's the kind of info I was looking for, didn't know that. I'll change it.

Glad to help. I'm still 100% sure the Iron-Fleet is completly seperate from each House's ships buuut I think thats a lost argument xD

Yea, I think so too, but we've still got the biggest fleet there is.

I'm going to make a war thread, specifically for war, that way we can keep it more tidy.

On more point. House Farwynd of the Lonely Light is a tinnny little rock days travel from the main islands. I doubt they'd have more than three or four ships?
Oh and which of theseare the Fleet?

Yea, I'll drop that Farwynd House down to about four.
Just as before, there is no distinction made between the Iron Fleet and the combined strength of the Islands. I suppose if you had to call the Iron Fleet anything, it would be the 61 ships shared between Pyke, Ten Towers and Grey Garden, since they're all under Felryn's direct control at the moment.

So which houses' fleets are sailing with who? I assume Felryn just has his 25 Harlaw ships.
Erik could have his 14, and maybe 11 of Greyjoy of Pyke's.
Drumm, his 21 plus Greyjoy of Grey Garden's 4.
Humble's 11 and Goodbrother of Shatterstone and Orkmont's total of 14.
Probably not necessary, just theorizing.

Nah, I figured we would just take a few ships from all over the place. We don't want to send the full strength of a few houses, in case some disaster happens and they're wiped out.
