The chambers of the Lord of the Iron Islands. It is simply decorated with a few taprestries detailing the history of the reavers and of the Greyjoy family in particular. There is a large table in the centre of the room with a map of Westeros on it and a smaller map which is more detailed and shows the Iron Islands. Little wooden markers on it indicate the current disposition of the Iron Fleet.

Dickon Harlow sat in his chair, still slightly uncomfortable in his new role. Lady Asha entered with Urri and Meera. He smiled a little and waved over his grandchildren. Meera grinned and gave him a hug but Urri hung back slightly. "Father," Asha said "I'm glad to see you are well." She still looked a little worn and pale with grief. The shock of Balor's death had been a hard blow. "Thank you, daughter" Dickon said gruffly. "I did not expect to ever sit here but the Drowned God wills as he pleases. I hope one day young Urri here will take my place" he smiles at the young man who does not smile back.
After an awkward silence, Lord Harlaw continues "Well. I just wanted to tell you not to worry. I have some business to take care of, but I will visit you later" he said before leaving the solar

A man asked for admittance to Lord Harlaw's chambers, he claimed to be named Aeron Pyke, a captain in the King's Landing fleet.

Lord Harlaw nodded to the guard. "Ah, Captain Pyke. What can I do for you?"

The man bowed. "I am here as a representative of Callen Baratheon. He commisioned me come and make my own opinions as to who would be the best leader of the Iron Isles, I decided on you, so in effect the king is behind you."
He remained standing. "The King knows of your reputation, and though he is not such a fool as to believe you are his friend, he still wishes to remain your ally. And so, when I learned of your lordship I had this commisioned." Captain Pyke put a hand on his hip. Where a steel scythe sat, with a handle of mottled gold and silver. "He knows your ways, and acknowledges that you will not take such a gift, so he asks that you take it from me."

Lord Harlaw frowns. "I have no time for such games Captain Pyke and I do not dirty my hands on such as you". His guards loom ominously behind Aeron. "If you work for Callen Baratheon, you are no friend to me. Guards take this traitor away before I give him to the Drowned God".

"I have no pretenses as to your friendship to me Lord Harlaw. Both you and served Callen in the latest war, however that doesn't make either us friends to him. I just ask that you give me a noble death, I am already dying, just make my passing easier."

Harlaw frowned "You aren't to be killed, Pyke. However, it's obvious to me that you are not loyal to me so you are exiled from these islands. You will be killed if you return. Take him to his ship" Harlaw paused "Oh, and I never served Callen. I served Balor Greyjoy. There is a difference"

Captain Pyke laughed. "I wasn't planning on staying anyways m'lord. I will say one thing, I find your judgement to swift, and too foolish. I come bearing a simple message of good will and you exile. Balor Greyjoy, smart man that he was, knew it was in his best interest to remain loyal to the crown, I hope you do this same." Captain Pyke bowed and left.

"It's no crown of mine. Balor was the foolish one, not I traitor" Dickon muttered and then put Captain Pyke from his mind

Felryn enters, seeing his father for the first time in years. "Father," he says, grasping Lord Harlaw into a hug, "it has been too long. How is mother?"

Lord Harlaw's face breaks into a grin "Felryn. It is good to see you. Your mother is well, although she stays in the Towers these days. She prefers it to Pyke. How have you been?"

Felryn sits down. "I am well! Times have been most fortunate for me recently, as I see they have been for you aswell." He says, looking around the impressive Lord's Solar of Pyke. "When I heard you had been made lord over the Iron Islands, I had to return to see it for myself."
"And with war in Westeros, this will be a most profitable time." He grins greedily.

Harlaw smiled a thin-lipped smile "Interesting indeed. Feel free to raid a little with your men, I want to gauge the enemy's strength before I commit to anything. As always, we shall find a way to use this mishap to our advantage somehow" he turns to the map of Westeros and indicated with his dagger "Here, and here I think. Nothing too much, just to see what happens when we rattle the cage a little. The Iron Fleet is nearly back to what it once was. Let's make sure it says that way"
