Battle of King's Landing

[The Smith]

The Valesmen: 1,800

The southern pocket moved into the city taking control of the gates between the Valemen and the Riverlanders.

Roland Royce and his 1,200 Valeman continue attacking the rear guard of Andry forces. A small gap breaks in the line of men, and Roland and his soldiers charge straight across and into the the main body of Andry's men.

The Riverlanders: 1,900

1,900 men of Tytos Blackwood continue to push back the rear guard of Prince Andry, inflicting heavy damage.

The Westermen: 11,500

Ser Walter Plumm, and Lord Farman argue amongst themselves, and order their men into defensive positions. The Westermen prepare for an attack from the Stormlanders do that will never come.

The Crownlanders: 3,800

The Crownlanders are ordered to retreat slowly to pull back. Karlon Barclay trying to draw them back in an organized fashion. Then one group runs a little faster then the others. Others speed up to keep up, and soon they are pulling back to fast. Barclay's men leave the Stormlanders behind.

The Stormlander Sortie Party: 6,400

400 men continue to harry Horas from the field.

1,000 men forming a defensive line between Andry's main force and Tytos' force are hit hard, but stand.

The 5,000 of Andry's men attacking the Crownlanders push them back and come to a halt.

5,000 Baratheon men who have just left the Lion Gate, turn the corner of the wall and take the remnants of the Riverlanders and Valemen in their rear.

The City

Lord Falgrave's Goldcloaks still fight to take the Red Keep.

A portion of the riverlanders take the Gate of the Gods with the help of the Valemen from out side the wall.

The Far Reach: 19,990 men

The first of the ships begin to cross the river moving toward the cities docks. Arrows and flames slow their crossing.

Karlon Barclay is to rally his men, wheel the host around, and charge it at the exposed Baratheon flank.

Lord Barclay is to use the catapults on any idle ships to hurl rocks at the defenses.

[Ser Kenneth Coyn]

Alexander is going to ready his men, telling them to keep their shields high when exiting the ships. They are going to try and exit and move quickly away from the docks to unload men faster. Once the men are ashore they will assault the gates in groups with ladders and battering rams making for the River Gate. Their approach will be covered by the ships who are to fire their catapaults into the largest concentration of enemy archers. Until the ship is fully unloaded and then depart to pick up more men.

Marten takes charge and orders 3000 infantry under Lord Marbrand to stay back and protect the King.

Meanwhile, rest of the Westernmen, including all Mounted Knights, is to charge at the flank and rear of Andry`s men that drove back the Crownlanders. They should be vulnerable as Andry ordered them to halt and likely turn around.

Seth and his shadowcat, Ser, make their way to the throne room, flanked by some of Seth's best men, aiming to take and hold the room at all costs for the Regent. The rest of his men will systematically overtake the Red Keep once more, and a group of men will make their way to the roof to ring the bells and raise the banners of the King and Regent for the whole city to see.

Tytos will keep pressing against Andry and killing masses of Stormlanders. He will go and gather what troops he can from the remains of the Riverlands camp since the Westerland men have left. His main objective is breaking that line of men.

Roland's blood, and that of his men is up. It appears that we've broken at least one of Andry's lines, so there's nothing to do but continue to drive and kill everything we can.

Wouldn't the banner of the king be exactly the same as the banners of Andry?

Ser Torn had his shield held high to guard against missile fire as the men rushed towards the gate. A row of men provided shield cover for those whose held the battering rams and ladders. As the first of the assault group rushes the gate, Torn cries the Varner words, "ROOT THEM OUT!"

Smith: Notable Far Reachmen Lord Alexander Irwyn, Ser Torn, Ser Gilbert Flowers, Ser Rodney Blackbar, Ser Steffan Florent. Those would be the leaders names in the first landing party.

As the Westerlanders crashi into the rear of the remnants of Prince Andry's force, and he sees the crownlanders regrouping for a counter attack. Andry knows that his enemies have captured the Gate of the Gods, and that he had pulled too many men from the city, for this desperate last measure.

Sighing he thinks, I almost had them. Then he sends out the command to surrendor. It takes almost an hour to quell the battle, and by then Prince Andry has submitted himself to Ser Roland Royce.

There is still fighting in the city itself for the rest of the day. Lord Piers Bettley, who is with the Valemen who took the gate, moves out to take command of all the forces. Couriers are sent to find the Lord Hand.

And King's Landing is not truly submitted until most of the Far Reach men march the city streets imposing order. Lord Piers has large supples of food and drink brought up, he plans to have a feast day for everyone large and small the next day.

The battle of King's Landing ends.
