Since he specializes in it, I am going to say that Humfrey is an expert lance, though you might want to confirm with the Smith about this.

Lance improved from Novice in "Return to Blackford Crossing" scenario. The others are as created.

Vincent: Expert sword - not sure about horse-riding & lance but this was before the 'creation' of a seperate lance skill so he should be ok at it as he's competed in tourney's before (notably the KL one)
