List your melee characters here with skills (novice, noteworthy etc) in best weapon and battle and the titles of the scenarioes where this was achieved.

Tytos Blackwood- Master Sword Fighting, Noteworthy Battle (Raven Riders)
Hoster Ryger, Harren Smallwood, Martyn Darry, and Brynden Mooton are all NPC's but would have maybe about apprentice skills. (Raven Riders)
Euron Smallaxe would have about apprentice (Bar Brawl)
Lord Erryk Mallister has Expert Sword and no battle skill (Erryk's Last Training Session)

Ser Lucas Harlaw - Apprentice Sword Skill (Leading Strongmen) n/a battle
Lord Quellon Drumm - Grandmaster Sword Skill (he's not my NPC, but this has already been established about him in the noted knights thread)
Hardon Kenning, Theon Godswind and Xaza are all relatively new NPCs, and do not have their skills set yet, I'll send you a PM detailing them so you can decide their skills.

Gaea, I'll try to get after all the Valemen, becuase I actually do not know right now on the NPCs and wont be able to do it until after work... But I'll give you Roland's since I do know those:
Battle (Called warfare on the sheet) - Expert in "Andalsbane, Lord of the Moon"
Sword - Master from "Blood in the Mountains"
