Lucas Harlaw will join the Reach/Ironborn alliance and will stick close to Seth and Erik.

Hardon Kenning, Theon Godswind and Xaza will stick together (and I imagine Quellon Drumm would want to team up with them, but I leave Benfry or The Smith to decide on that). They will work alone, but they will not attack any green cloaks until the unity of the teams breaks down. ETA: Also, if they see Erik in trouble, they'll lend him a hand, but they're not too impressed with his Greenlander-loving ways, so they won't be trying to work with him.

Sargon Greyjoy is also welcome to join Kenning et al.

Roland: If things disintegrate, the Dornish will attempt to work with the Valemen, Quentin assuming command of the combined unit.

If not, the Dornish on the Red side will attempt to join Jon's unit, and Quentin will attempt to assume leadership of Gower's Green Valemen if they'll listen to him.

Will the Vale go for this?

Well Sargon doesent particuluarly like Felryn

So his bastard-brother I'd expect. Although he'd probably help out any Iron-born he knows more so than anyone else.
