If we're doing any instructions or suchlike for this sort of thing mine are as follows: Benfry will try and stick by Prince Andry, out of sheer awe at seeing a member of the royal family so close. He will sport a stupid grin on his face until he is knocked unconscious (probably in his first engagement ) Vincent will just defend himself but will actively try not to engage Humfrey or Tallahar in the early exchanges. If possible he will seek to renew some of the ancient emnity between the Reach and the Dornish

The Reachmen and the Ironborn have come to an agreement.

Well, "The Ironborn" meaning me, Seth, and Lucas Harlaw. Otherwise, they mostly laughed at the suggestion. Sargon too, if he likes.

Quentin Fowler will attempt to assume command of the Green Cloak defenders; Timm will follow orders, the rest may or may not (he is known as a Legendary General).
If the unity of the melee teams breaks (as has been suggested on the Melee Grounds), Quentin and Timm will hook up with the Dornishmen on the other side and fight as a unit.

Lord Erryk Mallister, Tytos Rivers(now Blackwood), Hostery Ryger, Harren Smallwood, Martyn Darry, and Brynden Mooton will seek out the other riverlanders, Graham Blackwood and Lord Tristane Ryger and fight as a team. As long as they are willing, and there is no reason they wouldn't be. The eight of them would probably try a flanking meneuver or the good 'ol vanguard head on attack. Seeing as how they live in the riverlands, they will most likely use the river to their advantage.
They don't really have any preferences in opponents, they're happy to kick anybodies ass. Although, Tytos will be looking for Lord Warren on the field, he would want to try and beat Warren, but not hurt him too badly.

Tallahar will stand with Humfrey, Vincent, Seth and Fracnis also with any other Reachmen I have forgotten, and the Ironborn that are there. He will challenge any unfriendly foe to a fight.

Francis will stick close to Tallahar and Seth, and Ser Alex Irwyn and try will try to finish off those that are struck by not downed by those august knights.
Francis is armored in a light mail shirt over boiled leather, with a buckler shield and a long dagger.
Ser Torn will stay close to his friend Ser Gilbert, and try to work together.
Ser Torn is armored in half plate with an open faced helm, and wielding a Long sword and medium shield.

Jonas and Michael will fight together early on, joining forces with any other Lannisters or Westerneres that they see. They will fight the opposite team first, but if it turns into a free for all, they will target Reach men above all.

Graham Blackwood, Tristane Ryger, and Brandon Rivers will join up with the other Riverlanders on the Red Cloak team and fight as a unit.
Warren Blackwood, the only Riverlander on the Green Team, will seek out a duel with Quellon Drumm. Should he be victorious, he will try his skill against the famed fighters in the field.

Jon Royce will lead the Valemen on the Red Cloak side of things. They will organize into a tight formation and try to get the rest of the fighters on the Red Cloak side band together and form a line of battle.
The giant Felwick Gower will try to keep the Valemen of the Green Cloak together.
If the thing becomes a free-for-all the Valemen of both sides will try to work together as long as is possible.

Ser Alexander Irwyn will stick close to the other reachmen Tallhar, Varner finishing off the wounded and will intercede in any battle when he is unengaged and Lord Varner is in Melee. If he approaches close to Steffan Florent he will attack him.
Ser Gilbert will stick close to Ser Torn.

ooc: It's slightly disappointing to see that everyone expects the Melee to disintergrate after the first few rounds into general disorder. I quited liked the idea of one 'side' wining against the other. If for no other reason than the victors side would perhaps become closer and some old grudges may be put aside. My guys won't last past the first round in either case
