Tommen Redfort is an Expert (settled with the Smith long ago) and wields Aelerion's Foe, a dragonbone spear with a Valyrian steel spearhead.
Branford Tully wields an axe and is Noteworthy/Expert thereabouts.
It's a friendly sparring match. Admin or council members, take it away.

I'll get to this in a moment, but you realize that currently you're fighting with live steel? I'll assume that you don't actually want that to be the case...

OOC: Since Branford Tully has not been mentioned before I've chosen to make him a noteworthy axeman.
ROUND 1:
TR: 110 BT: 113 (No contact)
The sparring partners trade a few blows. Branford's axe almost clears Tommen's guard on one occasion, but the Valesman manages to block the attack.

ROUND 2:
TR: 155 BT: 116 (Medium wound)
Redfort feigns an a lunge, and retreats with a half-step. Branford double steps forward and makes a move to hit the Valesman with his axe, but the latter ducks and jabs him in the belly with his spear. Branford gasps for air, and begins to fight slower than previously.

ROUND 3:
TR: 167 BT: 153 (Minor wound)
Seeing a great opportunity to strike, Redfort makes a great lunge towards the Riverlander. With fantastic luck Tully manages to parry the spear from hitting his torso dead on, but the spear does hit his side. Tully is hurt by this, but to a much less degree than he could have been.

Branford nearly lands a hit on Tommen, attracting the attention of nearby fighters.

ROUND 5:
TR: 84 BT: 142 (Heavy hit)
In a bizarre turn of luck Branford turns the tables on Redfort. He parries a blow from the Valesman and then pivots, swinging his axe with such power that after Tommen has fallen to the ground nearby fighters whisper whether this man should replace his cousin on the Kingsguard.
Ser Branford Tully wins

Thanks for catching that. Also, Tommen is Expert without Valyrian steel. Even when he fights with a blunted spear, his skill level is still Expert. Thanks for rolling it, though.

I'm aware that that is what you meant . Tommen started with a skill roll of 80, and Branford with a skill roll of 70.
