This is a rather complex fight, so I might suggest that the Smith should tackle this one.
It is 7 on 14 or 15.
Kit is a legendary swordsman and wielding Valyrian Steel. Three of Kit's men, and Kit are fighting against Kennos's men (nine in total).
I assume the men are around equal. Perhaps Kit's men are better because they are trained swordsmen, as opposed to Kennos's who are assumably just bandits?
Three of Kit's men are planning to charge Kennos's bowmen (Five or six in number).
(Note: They are all on horseback except for Kennos's bowmen, I take it.)

This sounds about right. Kit's men would probably be slightly better than Kennos', with one exception that Smith knows about.
The archers loose one volley against Kit's men, which is probably all they will be able to do before Kit's men are on them.

Running this is definitely out of my league. I echo Kit in calling for the Smith on this one.

Oh, and Kit will spare Kennos (unless Kennos provokes him). Kennos may spare Kit's life too, if that comes up (Horas will have to confirm or deny this).

Battle of the KKs Let's see if the Demon triumphs over Kid Death. Considering Kennos' luck at dice rolls, I wouldn't bet against him...

Now this would be a situation where it would be beneficial to have those dragons, for betting purposes.

Well Kit is outnumbered, so I'd say it is at best even.

OOC: Ok, here goes
The three horsemen charged towards the archers. However, they were expecting the charge and fired off an accurate volley. One man catapulted off his horse, an arrow jutting out of his visor where his eye used to be. Another received an arrow in the upper thigh but grimaced and continued. In a flash they barrelled into the archers, scattering them and slaying 2 almost instantaneously. The others were soon in, their short swords gleaming and slashing like so many teeth. They cut down the wounded man, who fell from his horse and was butchered. The surviving knight cut down a bandit from behind, near decapitating him in one stroke. The remaining two archers came at him, one from each side. The knight calmly blocked one blow with his shield and the riposte tore the throat from another archer. He slammed his last opponent to the ground, using the horse's weight to trample him. Satisfied that they were dealt with, he wheeled his horse around to see how his Lord was doing...

The remaining 9 bandits, including Kennos charged into the outnumbered knights, hoping to overwhelm them with their numbers. Kennos and another bandit tackled Lord Kit himself. Their blades glittered like falling rain as they 3 men flowed and moved as though performing some intricate dance. Kennos snarled angrily and grunted in pain as a blow from Kit pierced his defense, stabbing him in the upper shoulder to add to his already wounded frame. Tom, the other bandit proved surprisingly adept as well, just missing with a blow aimed at Lord Kitwell's head. The clash and scream of steel against Valyrian steel sounded almost painful at times. The remaining 3 men of Kit's command concentrated on protecting the flank of their Lord as the 7 other bandits crashed upon them like wolves, harrying and nipping at them. One fell, gurgling, as his chest, throat and arm were stabbed, all within moments of each other. Another received a long gash along his upper chest but grimly struck back, injuring 2 of the grimey outlaws. Kennos and Tom continued to strike and parry with Lord Kit whose almost inhuman grace and poise again resulted in little injury to himself while, with a deft flick here and a thoughtful prod there, he inflicted wounds on his foes. Kennos received a light gash to his brow and Tom received a painful and deep wound to his left leg. The remaining 2 knights with Kit were overwhelmed by their foes and were cut down mercilessly. The 7 other bandits grinned and moved towards Lord Kidwell's flank, hungry for blood.
OOC: Ok, I'll leave it there for the moment. If Horas/Kit want to continue please mention it here. Kitwell's very good but I will have to apply some sort of negatives for being attacked 9vs1!! Kennos is injured and Tom will have scars to remember as well. As it stands, Kit is currently unharmed.

Kit will allow the men to yield and call the fight a draw, but he should not turn down from the fight to do so. The rider who had rode down the archers should ride to cut down the men on Kit, and protect him. Kit will do anything to stay alive at this point (Ie: cheap shots and stabbing horses)

Two riders peel off to attack Kidwell's remaining knight.
The other seven, including Kennos himself, surround and attack Kit.
