"We'll stay here for the night and then head back for Sunspear come next morning." Callen said.
The next day The Stranger slipped away from Syrio Hotah's fleet. When it finally landed back at Sunspear Callen called a meeting on board the ship. When they finally had the crew together Callen looked up from a map of Westeros he had on the table. "Edmure you will take my words to the lords of the Iron Islands, and gods willing some of them will listen to you. As for myself I shall travel to the Reach in order to figure out where the loyalties of the Tyrells lie. Eventually I plan to head north, I have heard that the Starks have knelt to the dragon kings, but that may change if I can show them I'm alive. For the most part though our hope lies with the petty lords, the smallfolk, and the hedge knights. They are where the real power is."
Several days later Callen and his entourage left Sunspear and headed north. Edmure watched them go, and then ordered the ship to sail west, wondering if he would ever see the young king again.

"Callen," Aranya said as The Stranger entered the Sea of Dorne. "The Reach is far inland; we can only reach it by sailing to the Stormlands or the Boneway. And from what I heard in Sunspear, half the realm is at Storm's End, including the Princess of Dorne. The Boneway is all but neglected; we should sail there, and from the mountains we can ride to the Reach."

Spear nodded at that. "Tis a good plan. My memory of the boneway is still good, i spent some time there as a mercenary when i was younger."

OOC: Just to clear things up, were heading north, on foot to the boneway. Meanwhile the Stranger is heading west, then north to the Iron Islands.
IC: "Very well," Callen smiled, "It'll be good to see the last of Dorne, I've got sand everywhere . He turned his horse around to the men accompaning them. "We north!" He then faced his horse in the direction of the boneway and took off at a gallop.

Emelia and her fleet approached the pirate fleet, archers on every ship readying their bows to fire on any pretext. Emelia stood near an open hatch, ready to go below should fighting break out. They waited for the other fleet to make any move.

Lucian stood on deck. He was clad in his armour the Dornish rubies ecscated from the desert sands shimmered in the hilt of his longsword as the sun shined down on him. He lifted his shield arm and steched his foreman clenching his fist open and closed. He examined his sheild rotating it back forth and looked out over the waters. He had hoped to encounter these...pirates. He looked back to the Princess.
"We will avenge the sack of Sunspear. I will take the Captains head myseld."

OOC: Yep, you are. I don't think Callen is there.

ooc: Fine. Just to let Emelia and Lucian know, the scenes with Callen and Elayne would have only been a couple of days after the sack, and it would have taken at least a week for the Dornish fleet to be prepared, the queen to arrive, and not to mention the fact that the Bandoleros wouldnt have stayed in one place.

Syrio Hotah snarls with anger at being caught unawares. Knowing his other ships would follow the flag ships lead, he ordered his ship turned so it was directly facing the approaching Dornish ships. The rest mimicked him, and he could see the Bandoleros preparing for war. But he would not fight if he could help it.
Syrio tore off his robe, and snatched his long sword with which he had never been defeated in battle. Bellowing orders at his men, he stood on the side of his ship, one hand clutching the ships rigging, and shouted, "I offer you a parlay!"

Lucian shakes his head at how pirates or even bandits look for the easy way out of things. He was in disbelief that they would think of parlay. The sacking of Sunspear would be avenged with blood. He moved to Emelias cabin.
"They offer parlay niece. We should not take it. They should be ended here and now."
