Bane laughs, "You clearly don't know who I am do you. I'm Bane Karstark. I lived on Ib since I was a wee boy. Now I'm the head of a mercenary company that is owned by Dawn Raider."

"Hey... your boss's name isn't Bane Karstark, by chance?"

"Yes he is. He's an old friend I was brought with the boy. Why do you ask?"

[loremaster]

"I met him at some trial a few days ago. I believe we spoke for some time. Struck me as a decent fellow to have at your back... I guess now I'll get to find out whether I was right."

"Yea he's a puzzle that Bane... There is more then meets the eye with him." As Garrack says it his voice goes quite and he looks out towards the Free Cities direction.

[loremaster]

He held his peace for a good minute. "...soo... I assume you've encountered our world-infamous class system. Who's your least favorite silkshirt so far?"

"You expect someone like me to hang around with all those Lords. Fuck no I don't know any of them and I'm happy to keep it that way."

[loremaster]

Auric shrugged. "As you like it. But that's where the real money is. If you can to bow and nod, Westeros is a goldmine. Especially Highgarden and King's Landing, I'm told.

"I have 500 men that follow my orders. My superior is my good friend. I can't see any better life then this."

[loremaster]

"I have a horse who eats too much and not a single relative or friend to my name. I don't mind being a little ambitious."

"Who needs family never did anything for me. Killed me sister wife because he beat then did I get a thank you nothing she slapped me and said I should of found were he had his money first. Both me parents were worthless."

[loremaster]

"Can't say I relate. No family. Was raised by a maester who died when I was 13. He was a good man, I suppose."

"Well you have us now. The Golden Roses well look after you."

He yawned in reply. "That's nice. How far is Highgarden, anyway?"

"I don't know from what Bane told me we just follow this road and well come to Highgarden."
