Andrew bowed his head slightly.
"I thank you for the horses, Ser. But as to leaving the ring here, I'm afraid I have to decline. It's a family heirloom and I don't want to part it. If you want anything else that you can show Lord Grafton. Maybe this Myrish lens would be alright?
Owen opened a bag and took out the lens, showed it to the castellan.
"I'll return when I've visited Runestone and see if I can have a meeting with Lord Grafton at that time."

The lens was beautiful and well crafted. Solid surety for two not particularly distiguished horses.
The Castellan nodded. "Lord Grafton will be interested in seeing this and I am sure will look forward to seeing you when you are in the harbor again. Good speed on your journey."

Andrew bowed and made Owen do the same.
"Until next time, Ser. May the Seven look favorable on Gulltown and you."
When they had been given the horses, they saddled up and left through the gate towards Runestone.

Princess Emelia's ship arrived in a cool morning, and the Princess and her small entourage immediately disembarked.

As Emelia disembarks from her ship and makes her way from the harbor she is surrounded by a large number Grafton men led by Lord Grafton's son, Ser Dortmund Grafton.
"Princess Emelia, as known associate to the rebel Andry Baratheon, you are under arrest. Please order your guard to lay down arms immediately."

Emelia looked at Ser Grafton. "Andry? You're mistaking me for the fake Emelia, ser. The engagement was called off when I fled King's Landing."

Dortmund cocked his head to the side. Then he laughed. "The fake Emelia? I suppose I could be the fake Ser Dortmund Grafton and not arrest you." His laughter subsided. "Please, lay down your arms."

Emelia smirked. "You haven't heard?" she asked. "There's a pretend Emelia down in Sunspear. Something of a double."
She looked at Timm, then back at Ser Grafton. "You may peace-bond Dawn, but I will not surrender the sacred blade into your hands."

Dortmund's eyes passed over the ancient sword of Starfall. "That's acceptable, Princess Emelia, provided you come peacefully."

Emelia looked at Dortmund and smirked. "Perhaps we weren't dealing from the same deck. I -do- outrank you, and further, there -is- an established treaty that prohibits arresting me. Check with the Master of Laws; you have no more right to arrest me than you do Piers or Rickon."
"That said, we are in need of an escort to the Eyrie to speak with Piers Bettley. As I'm sure that's where you planned to take me anyway, we shouldn't have too much difficulty."

Dortmund shook his head. "Rebels have no rank. You will be going to a cell here in Gulltown, until I can inquire with the Lord Regent himself." He called to his men, "Take the Princess Emelia and the children alive, they are not to be harmed. If Dayne resists, kill him."
The ring of Grafton men begin to close on Emelia and company.

Emelia raised her hand. "You're making a few mistakes. First being that I am no rebel. I can't rebel, idiot, I'm a sovereign Princess." She looked to Timm and Nymeria, both who had their hands on their blades, ready to draw.
"Furthermore, this one..." She pointed to Brynden. "Also outranks you. Say hello to Brynden Royce, heir to Duskendale, son of Aranya Royce. If you dump -him- in a cell, you take your life in your hands." She grinned coldly. "Now, let's do this properly. I am here to speak with the Regent, as a legal ambassador from Dorne." She looked back at the path to her ship. "I would rather not kill allies, but neither will I be treated illegally."

The men close and engage. There are 50 men (35 men-at-arms, and 15 crossbowmen), plus Ser Dortmund himself. They will not intentionally harm Emelia or the children with her, if they resist the men will try to subdue. Timm Dayne, on the other hand, will be killed.

None resisted except Nymeria, who was about to draw her blade when Emelia placed a hand on her shoulder. "Relax, Nymeria. We'll get ours." She grinned and allowed the blades to be peacebonded, and Nymeria clenched her six-fingered fists.
"But Ser Grafton, I advise you not to lay hands on my daughter. She is your future Queen, after all. She'll go quietly."

"Thank you, Princess Emelia. I wished for no bloodshed. You'll have fine rooms in Grafton Castle, though no freedom about the castle itself until word is received from the Regent."
They are escorted to Grafton castle and put into guest rooms in a tower under guard.
