Elaena smiles distractedly. "Have you seen Juliette? And my brothers? Are they well?" she asks Marten concernedly.

"I am sure they are well. Your family is formidable, and they are under the protection of House Lannister."- He speaks in affirmative voice, putting a hand on her shoulder.

"Thank you Marten," Elaena says. "For everything."

Marten sighs.
"Thank you, but how could I act in any other way? Tell me, have you ever been in Free Cities? I may take you there for a tour when it is all over...it is so different from the North, you will be amazed." -He smiles, a bit forcefully.

His mention of the Free Cities brings back memories of the Free Cities pavillion, and suddenly Elaena begins to cry.

Marten embraces her tightly, as she cries. He feels distressed and a bit lost. But again tries not to show it.
"Please, let the pain go away. I will never leave you again, I promise. You are very brave and strong, I know it. You are a true Bolton, and your family never gives up"

After a few moments Elaena's tears subside. She wipes tears away from her eyes, thinking how pathetic she must look.

"Yes, you are strong, we will get through this mess together." -Marten assures Eleana further, still embracing her.
"You must be hungry, I don`t think you ate anything today.... I will order servants to bring food."

Elaena nods distractedly, trying not to think about anything, only wanting to stay in Marten's arms where it is safe.

The servants brought a hearty meal to the room but Elaena only picked at her food, unable to find any appetite. She sat in silence, staring at her plate, thinking.

Marten is silent as well, looking at her sadly. He speaks, finally:
"Please, don`t worry, you were harmed, but the truth is on our side."

Elaena gives Marten an equally sorrowful look. "Truth often falls short in cases like this. I only hope we can stop him from harming other women." She gazes out of the north-facing window.

"Oh, even if he somehow gets away, there are other ways to stop him" -Martens smiles darkly, looking at his sword.
"Perhaps he will demand trial of combat....." -Suddenly he stares back at Eleana.
"This Sargon Greyjoy....what role did he have in these events. He was aiding that bastard, wasn`t he?"

"I... no. Sargon and I were sharing wine and he had too much and he passed out. He was unconscious when..." she stops, unable to continue.

"Why did you go with him?" -Marten wonders for a moment, but feels quilty that he wasn`t by her side.
"But I shouldn`t ask you about it now, you need more rest. In any case, what matters that you are safe with me." He holds her hands, and looks into her deep eyes.
