A messenger bearing the coat of arms of House Hightower requests a parlay. The negotiations will be held in the keep at Lannisport, if you wish to find peace.

Ser Sperling Spicer is sent to treat with Lord Hightower.
Stuttering mildly the fat lord says, "What do you seek, Lord Hightower?"

"I refuse to deal with anyone but the Lord of the besieging host. Who do you take yourself for, Spicer? You have no more noble blood than a rat."

Spicer leaves, before a grinning Steffen lannister appears in his place. He delivers a mocking bow to hightower. "Greetings my lord. Unfortunately my Uncle is dealing with other, more pressing matters concerning his son. What is it you would like to say?"

The room Steffen enters is big, and obviously familiar to Steffen, being a Lannister himself. Lord Hightower seats himself on the room's throne. Hightower guards and those from the Reach line the sides of the room. "I have summoned you to request your surrender."

Steffen coughed. "And why, if i may be so bold, should we accept such a request?"

"As there really is no other way to leave this castle." With that, the court guards drew their swords and blocked the exits.

Steffen sighed. "My dear Hightower, i assure you that i am of no use to you as a hostage or as a corpse. Now let us discuss this rationally. Your men here are outnumbered as it is. This city cannot be wellstacked with food, and my Uncle can call more men to him if he wishes. You have no friends in marching distance, you will achieve nothing here except the deaths of all your men and some of my lords."

"Your reputation preceded you as being a worm, but I was unaware that worm's do not have brains. The true King rides in great force already, towards the Rock and Lannisport, and our numbers already are even." Smiling again he motions towards the guards who proceed to chain Steffen. "I would like to continue our negotiations like this."

Steffen laughed. "I assure you this castle will be taken long before your king comes to save you. You seem to have forgotten about a certain dragon. I am no stranger to chains. If it makes you more comfortable talking to a shackled prisoner, then i have no objections." Steffen allows himself to be chained, smiling at Hightower.

"Ser Steffen, apparently you do not know my reputation. Even I hear what they call me...Lord Luceon the Lewd... You have never met anyone like me before. I do not conform to the social norms of Westeros." Lord Luceon smiled queerly and motioned again to his guards who proceeded to strip the prisoner to his undergarments. "Shall we go further, Worm? Heh...every man in this court knows the definition of a worm, and if need be they will teach it to you. Slow, and painfully hard; if need be. Lannisport is mine."

Steffen looked around him apprehensively. This i didnt expect, he admitted to himself. "Eh, my lord, perhaps we could come to some agreement? Please?" This is not turning out to being one of my better weeks, Steffen thought to himself.

"Heh. I like where this is going. You surrender the arms and soldiers currently besieging Lannisport and I will let you leave with your manhood and dignity. Otherwise..."

Steffen looked at the men surrounding him. He coughed. "Very well. Let me go and i will order our surrender."

"I don't trust you. Call three of your bannerlords to Lannisport and have them agree to this as well."
