If we get one more Stark and one more Tyrell I will open up House Tully or House Martell (depending on a vote) for players to join.

House Tyrell could use someone who wants to play as the Lord.

Because Martell and Tully are on opposite sides of the war I will probably need to implement both at the same time if I implement them... to be fair.

So is it alright to make a Martell character now? Or do I still have to wait?

I would -really- prefer it if you would make a Tyrell or Stark character. There will be time in the future to make characters from House Martell. If you really want you can have your character's mother be a Martell, or have been fostered by Martells?
