Hope I don't mess up any results but I'd have to go for Eddard, myself :-P

So, is there no way to edit the poll, Crakehall?

I had an idea for doing a, quote unquote, "most evil" character in the series, but I think one poll is enough for now. Maybe latter I can also take the top results (about 8) from this poll and see how well they do against each other a second time.

Brienne of Tarth, even if she was a little dull as a POV in AFfC. Her interactions with Jaime are probably my favorite parts of the series for me.

If you feel Eddard is your favorite character then why not vote for Jon Snow since he is more Eddard than Robb ever was. He will play a huge roll in the next three books. Jon Snow Lord of Winterfell.

I don't think Jon is going to be Lord of Winterfell, he won't leave the wall. But I do think at the very end he will end up being King.

Ned, Arya, the Blackfish (cool name!), and Jaime.

Daenrys. ::dreamy sigh:: Much as her story has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the books, I imagine GRRM is going to shack her up with King Jon anyway.

Eddard was my favourite character and I almost threw the book out of the window when he died. Well, there is always tyrion and littlefinger, to spice up the book.

I went for Petyr Littlefinger. He may be a treacherous, deceitful so-and-so but he's had to do everything the hard way. In a feudal system where power is inherited and jealously guarded, he has risen up by his own guile and cunning from the son of a petty local squire to be one of the most influential and, thanks to his ownership of the vale, one of the primary Lords of the Realm. I'm sure he'll come up a cropper sooner or later but you have to admire how far he has climbed, against all the odds.
