The King's second son Prince Andry and Rhaella Lannister were caught together by some of the Hand's guards and both are currently being held in the Black Cells of the Red Keep, under armed guard. Because the Hand would not release Rhaella even after he knew she was a Lannister and her family supported him, her lord father and his kin have changed sides and are fighting for the King, plotting to kill Michael Dondarrion.
