Lord Oswyn arrived in the makeshift small council chamber, taking a seat with a stony countenance. It seemed there could not be a gathering of note without blood being shed in this kingdom.

"Lord Oswyn." Gwayne sounded tired as he greeted Oswyn. He was deeply troubled by recent events and especially that the murderer had slipped past his own men.

He was shown in at once.
"Welcome," said Gwayne. "Please be seated. My sister speaks well of you. I am pleased you could join us in your father's stead. In the meantime, gentlemen, can I offer food or drink? We are still waiting for Her Grace and Lord Royce."
