Please note the following:


-We don't have the right number of participants for each round to work effectively without allocating byes to several characters. As I did not wish to cut out several participants to take us down to 16 or add extra to take us up to 32, and make Smith roll extra NPC rounds, I have added just 2 extra NPCs to take us up to 12 matches in Round 1.

-Round 2 will proceed as normal. After Round 2, there will be 6 winners. The 2 winners who rolled the lowest scores will be eliminated from the next round, leaving 4 combatants to compete in the semi finals. From them on we will have the correct number to proceed without someone taking a bye.

-I have done my best to allocate each PC combatant a random NPC opponent in the hope that it will increase player interest and activity if PCs have a better chance of going through to Round 2. So there are only a couple of NPC vs NPC jousts in Round 1. Where possible I will try to pair PCs against NPCs in future rounds too but will continue to use a randomiser.

-I have done my best to space out the combatents per region so they are not too badly clustered together, though there are a lot of Westermen competing so I was kind of stuck there! And yes, Gwayne gets to go first but he's the host so he has to go sit in the box afterwards!

Lord Gwayne Hightower vs Ser Benin Tully

Lord Gwayne saluted his opponent, and readied himself. He gathered his wits and charged the Tully. There was a crash of wood, and splinters roared through the air. Ser Benin was tossed from his steed with an ease that seemed surprising.

Lord Gwayne wins the match in one pass.

Lord Oswyn Baratheon vs Ser Aubrey Prester

Lord Oswyn steadies himself, and slowly lowers his lance. He stares at Aubrey and watches the man balance on his steed. They spurred their horses and charged hard at one another. Oswyn proves his skill though easily, and unhorses Aubrey in one pass.

Robin Lannister vs Ser Dickon Cockshaw

Lannister charged at Cockshaw, and the two landed solid hits. They charged at one another again lances cracking again. Once again the men stayed a horse. On the third pass, Lannister just managed to unhorse Ser Dickon.

Lord Yohn Baratheon vs Ser Josiah Corbray

Baratheon charges Corbray, and breaks his lance hard against the other man. Yohn takes the man down in one pass.

Ser Vance Marbrand vs Ser Gunther Belmore

It takes two passes for Ser Gunther to slip a lance by Marbrand's guard and knock the man off his horse.

Gareth Hightower vs Ser Hubert Crakehall

The bout between Gareth and Ser Hubert lasted longer then expected. It took several passes for the Hightower to eventually fell the man from Crakehall.

Kyle Templeton vs Ser Matthos Keath

It took three passes for Kyle to unhorse Ser Matthos. They were not elegant passes at all. Most mark him as on the men to be eliminated by the judges at the end of the round.

Ser Crawley the Crawfish Knight vs Ser Eustace Kenning

The two Knights salute and charge one another. Right before the two are suppose to collide, from the stands some one flashes light directly into Eustace's eyes. He is momentarily blinded, and easily knocked from his mount.

Ser Robert Florent vs Ser Porther of Hag's Hill

Ser Robert charges the Hedge Knight, and the two shatter lances, but some how the Florent stays mounted. Ser Porther slowly slumps to the ground, desperately clinging to his beast.

Harold Tully vs Ser Norys Westerling

Harold charged the other man applying a lot of pressure immediately. Norys took a good hit, but managed to stay a horse. For the second pass the man clearly had not recovered and Tully unhorsed him.

Donal Stormshield vs Ser Mychel Lannister

Lord Donal's skill with lances was on display in the first pass, as he simply unhorsed the Lannister.

This was hardly a match. Stark rode down the other man with out even noticing. As soon as he took the other man down he turned and saluted Gareth. Before riding from the field.
