She looked over at her brother, who stood in the room like a mute. She gave him a cool look and walked over to pick up a canter of water and poured herself a glass. "Terms," she said before a sip of water. "Continue, I am curious to what we will have to arrange. I have not prepared for marriage and I will rely upon your experience."

Evan shook his head in amazement. He grabbed another glass of Red and downed it in a silent gulp. He was still speechless, his sister, his ruler is agreeing to marry Lord Baratheon. In the recesses of his mind, he kept thinking,"WHAT IN THE SEVEN HELLS IS SHE DOING???!!"
His body was of lead as he stayed in his spot, he wanted to speak but decided that he would after the Lord had left and have words with his little sister. Evan wanted to hear these terms of this "arrangement" and make sure to prepare for any backlash that will be coming their way.

"I would still request the transfer of Vulture's Roost to the Stormlands, as your dowry." he began, as Kellington started writing furiously to compose the beginnings of a marriage contract.

"Taxed equally between our houses. Your son will be presented to me so that we can be acquainted as soon as possible."

"Agreed." Oswyn answered, as Kellington wrote at a maddening pace. "In addition, to ease our most cantankerous of lords into these new relations, I propose we begin a new tradition. For the next next, let us say three generations, it will be mandated that sons of age to Marcher lords will be squired under knights of their mirror house. Youths of House Caron will be squired with knights of Skyreach and the knights of Blackhaven will train the Yronwood lads. And vice versa, of course"

"That sounds agreeable," Lyssandra replied, pleased at the idea. "If we also give an incentive for the lords to create marriage alliances with one another, with perhaps a break in taxes or with a reward?"

"An excellent notion." Oswyn commended, impressed at her foresight, before turning his gaze to Evan. "As stated before, any child of our union will inherit the principality of Dorne. Your brother will sign away his rights to it and agree to the disinheritance of his line. This is non-negotiable for obvious reasons."

"That will be taken care of. My brother serves our house rather using ambition to further his gain with the aims of ruling Dorne." She set her water down on the table, "You requested a short period before we announced our agreement, and you would like the ceremony to be held in King's Landing?"

When Lord Oswyn looked at Evan expressing his interest of Evan forfeiting his succession to allclaims of the throne of Dorne. Evan nodded at Lyssa to give Lord Baratheon his understanding, then he spoke,"My sister is the ruler of Dorne, her child be it male or female has the right of succession, Lord Baratheon. Signing that on a piece of paper is an insult to me and my family. We honor our word to one another."
"I am still a Prince of Dorne by blood, but I have no desire to rule and gave my rights to the throne long ago to Lyssa after Carmesi died. It is her rightful place, that has already been understood between us."
He smiled proudly at her and then took a seat continuing to listen to their arrangement plans.

"Also Lord Oswyn, if you have a man that you trust, I would like him as a part of my detail."

She set her water down on the table, "You requested a short period before we announced our agreement, and you would like the ceremony to be held in King's Landing?" "Yes, I believe a short waiting period would be best to avoid any whispers of impropriety with my marriage so recently dissolved." Oswyn answered, considering the second part of the problem. "King's Landing would work or perhaps Summerhall, as they are both relatively neutral locations. I had though a tourney for Dornish and Stormland knights might be wise, to encourage these newly amicable relations and display the binding of our peoples to the realm.." "With all due respect, what is understood between the two of you may not be as plainly understood by the entirety of my people or your own. You may honor the verbal agreement you made, but your decedents may not. " he said, broaching the delicate matter. "Take it as an insult if you wish, but I will have it in writing or have nothing at all. The rights of our children will be secured and the threat of any potential claimants quashed now rather than later. As stated before, this is non-negotiable." "Also Lord Oswyn, if you have a man that you trust, I would like him as a part of my detail." "You may have Ser Arthur Connington." he stated, with a smile. "The man trained me to wield sword and lance. If my son is to be fostered in Dorne, I would be honored for Ser Arthur to have a hand in his tutelage. I would have one of your own as well."

"I am willing to call you brother because you will marry my sister, a claim on you I am sure you do not want heard from Dornish lips but that will be the way of it." Evan stared at Oswyn,"You can have my words on paper to sooth the illness of your future worries of yourself and your people. The only one of my line is my grandson, Marcellus and by blood of House Martell, he will still have the title of Prince, but he already knows of my forfeiture to his aunt, his unrelenting duty to Dorne and his family." "He will still have rights to whichever lands and titles that are bestowed upon him that my sister sees fit as he comes of age. Those are my terms, he will not rule but he will also not be striped of holding lands within his own homeland." "Mistrust in this is a very delicate thing, our ways are not your ways. But since, we have opened ourselves to this arrangement for hopes of peace and prosperity for both sides, You may see the Dornish in a different light." He looked to his sister, nodding again,"Give him what he wants Lyssa, it will be for the greater good."

"Lord Oswyn, I am sure for this past hour my brother has thought me a mad woman, but he trusts my judgement and supports me. I would rather we can get along and sow a seed of trust with one another. Marcellus will still have a right to land, in fact, as a gift for his recent marriage to a Tully girl, I may give him title over one of the Keeps in the Stepstones."
"On the matter of the marriage at Summerhall, that may be a good location but it may also be dangerous still. I would also hold off a tournament until the news has settled. It is true Dornish can be temperamental, but in my experience, everyone is when they receive news they do not like. I look forward to meeting your man and I will send you one of mine shortly. Ser Cam Fowler, a man with as many scars as he has stories to tell, a few of those coming from service to me in the war."

"Thank you Lyssa, I am sure Marcellus and his new wife would be very appreciative of that gesture." Evan smiled at her, then looked at Lord Oswyn and took another sip of his wine.
This plan of their's is finally coming to fruition but Oswyn Baratheon is no fool, Evan already knew that about him. He is smart to have these agreements written for record just to cover his own ass in case things came into question, but Evan knew that nothing unfortunate would happen, not from their side atleast.

"I had not meant to take away the lad's right to lands, titles or a stout keep, but merely any claims he might make to Lord of Sunspear and ruler of Dorne." Oswyn clarified. "He Is still a noble, after all. None can take that away"
