"Finally here!" Finn breathed in relief, as he and Nym finished their long climb.

Nym laughed lightly and left his side to look out of the windows.
"So pretty..." She sighed. Then looked around and smiled at him.

The light from the beacon was nearly blinding, and Finn had to hold his hand up in front of his eyes in order to see Nymra where she was standing. "Amazing isn't it? What a marvel."

Nym laughed again, then went back to him and pulled him to the window by his hand so that he wasnt blinded by the light and could see out once his vision was normal again.

Finn chuckled and lowered his hand as they gazed out over the bay and all of Oldtown. The wind swayed and churned at this high height, and Finn held on to the railing carefully.
"Its gorgeous isn't it?" he said.

"Well... what does?" Finn replied with a nod and smile as he admired a massive sailing ship coming up the river from the sea.

"That is true." Nym said, leaning on the rail and following the river. "What was your home like?"
She paused and realised that it was probably not the best subject.
"Sorry, do not tell me if you do not wish."

"My home was very warm, and dark, and filled with lots of twisty turning hide-ways where it was easy to disappear. A burrow. It was intentional, you see," Finn said, pointing to the small white-gold pin featuring a weasel holding his cloak on. "We Varners take after our animal as much as Lannisters or Starks. But its gone now."

"Perhaps but I do not think Lord Hightower will permit it."

"You should ask him when he is in a good mood somewhen." Nym said. "After all he knows that you are a good person really."
