Piers smiled, "They would still admire me, even if I had to coerce them." He winked at Myranda, and then motioned for Summer to sit, "So Summer we were just speaking of which event is better the Joust or the Melee, how do you feel?"

"Melee." Summer said, "There are more moving pieces to consider."

Piers shrugged, "Its chaos may reflect life more accurately, but I like the joust more, where if you are lucky, you can see two masters ply their trade one on one." He smiled, and bit into his plum, "I am a hopeless romantic though." He laughed merrily.

Myranda let out a laugh at what Summer said and flashed a smile at her before grinned at the Master of Coins, but staying quiet.

Summer's smile appeared and faded just as swiftly, "Perhaps we could take the best of both worlds? Two masters joust at each other while men throw axes and hammers at them."

Piers laughed, "I would support that game, it is the most promising of ideas." He looked at Summer and said, "Should we also add in the archery contest for good measure?"

Summer chuckled, "If it would please you milord, why have multiple contests when we can have one game that determines the champion of all."

Lyonel raised his eyebrows at the revelation. He didn't recall their mother ever mentioning a Ser Arron. "It is odd indeed." he agreed as he proceeded to shake Marq's hand. "House Allyrion. That's Godgrace, right? Is someone of your house participating in the tourney?" he asked before letting go to allow Dany and Julian to shake his hand as well. "Julian Blackwood." Julian said briefly, realizing that he'd not been introduced. "Unfortunately not, The tyranny at Godsgrace is like some... really tyrannical thing." Marq said with an easy grin before he nodded to Ser Julian as he introduced himself, "Blackwood, do you not worship the old gods?" he asked, curiously, not sure if it was true or if he was misremembering.

Piers nodded at Summer, "As an added benefit all of those arrogant lordlings who think war is the solution to every problem that afflicts them will be slowly weeded out. For they will be the only fools entering in our newly crowned Death Games." He smiled warmly at the notion.

She blushed and looked away from him, "I am so sorry, I was too bold to have asked, I hope you can forgive me." Allard smiled, "It is nothing, I do not want you to feel offended. You could not know." She smiled. "well I hope you find someone who can give you what you need in time."

Ser Patrek, who was making his way back through the stands toward the rest of the Freys, spots the Celtigars. "Lady Ellyn," he says, stopping before where they sat. "What a pleasant encounter," he smiled. Lady Ellyn turned and replied "Ser Patrek. How nice to see you again. I hope your family does well today, though I fear the competition looks strong...or so my son tells me at least" she said with a smile ruffling Bran's hair, to his obvious embarrasment.

Ser Julian blinked and looked at his sigil before answering. "Oh. Indeed we do." "We don't actually have a godswood at the Three Towers so a sept has sufficed. And I suppose will continue to once you marry my sister?" Dany asked Julian, a smirk playing on her lips. Julian bit his lower lip thoughtfully, not breaking the eye contact with the girl. "He's fluid like that." Dany said smugly, turning to Ser Marq.

"How did you get your knighthood if you don't technically follow the seven?" Marq asked, still looking curious before shrugging, "I do not suppose it really matters too much either way. If he is marrying your sister is he not going to take her away, rather than stay at Three Towers?" He asked, tilting his head to the side slightly, he wasn't sure how marriages worked outside of Dorne.

"Our father knighted him." Lyonel said as if the fact was enough to explain everything.
Julian shrugged indifferently at the second question. "I haven't decided. But I'm not going back to Raventree Hall." he crossed his arms and looked at the field.
"It's a long story." Dany said.
"Ser, do you even like jousting?" Lyonel asked Marq, trying to change the topic.

Marq raised an eyebrow at Julian but did not continue to press the issue, it was rather none of his business.
"I do," he said, grinning at Lyonel, "More than watching it, but I suppose you can say that about anything, and you?"
