"No," Izzy sighed in great disappointment. "I have yet to meet any unmarried men. It is really quite sad. I rather hoped to meet more men, but it seems as if the ones who pay attention to me are already wed, and that won't do at all."
The servant came in with the tea and cakes. She poured at Izzy's direction and then left.
"Do you mean to stay at court all your life?"

Jennalynn took a sip from her cup of tea, giving herself some time to come up with a suitable answer.
"I can't say for sure, my lady. I guess that depends who my uncle brokers a marriage with. I will move to wherever my husband has his castle, so there isn't much for me to do but wait and see, but I like it here at court." She answered as she placed the cup back down.
"Have you met my cousin Donnel? He is yet to be wed" she said with a smile.

"Oh yes! I grew up with Donnel. I knew him quite well between the ages of eight and thirteen, but I had not seen him for many years until I saw him again. I saw him briefly and he looked rather comely," she said. "But he may think of me as a sister, if he thinks of me at all."
She smiled sweetly.
"Jennalyn, would you be a dear and reintroduce me? I fear gallant Ser Donnel may not remember the awkward young girl I used to be."

Gareth came down the stairs and hearing voices he walked into the room. He stopped when he saw his sister and her guest.
"Have you seen our brother, Isabel?" he asked. Suddenly he recognized her guest. "Well if it isn't Jennalynn Royce. I thought you might be still abed after the festivities last night. I didn't realise you were acquainted with my sister."

"We met at court the other day," Izzy replied. "Hello, Gareth. I don't know where Gwayne is. I'm sorry. I've not seen him today."

Harold came around the Manse again hoping to catch Gwayne after hearing of his arrival.

Lord Tully is informed that Lord Hightower is in the training room but he is welcome to wait in the solar or else join him for a spar if he so desires.

Harrold shrugs and makes his way to their training room. He waits until the Lord dies down in his training, "Gwayne, it has been a while, yet so soon after the war I would think you would grow tired of having a sword in your hand." He comments making his way over to the training rack.

Gwayne turned, his training sword in hand. His plain tunic was stuck to him with exertion. Fortunately, though, he was between bouts. Around him several men were gathered, clearly his recent opponents.
"Lord Tully. Welcome. I fear you arrived at an inopportune time. I've done much fighting of late, it's true, but only a fool abandons his training."

"I fully understand the necessary for training, Lord Hightower. I am no one to match your skill, after that spectacular you showed me during war, but perhaps you would care for a round or two?" He smiled. "Seeing as you are still caught in training, and then we can talk matters of state when we finnish?"

"Aye, we could do that. Though I fear you'd have the advantage of me," Gwayne said with a grin. "I've had four bouts already. And I don't wish to hold you up should our business prove lengthy."

"I am also Middle aged with enough war wounds to make my own book." He chuckles. "I would say we are equal if anything. And right now, being here and speaking to you is my Business, and at the most important thing on my mind." He would say taking out a practice sword. "Shall we begin?"

"Of course." Gwayne took a swig of water from a nearby cup then swung his sword as he started the fight.

After a long fight, Harrold looks down at Gwayne, whom he had just bested in combat, he takes a moment to catch his breath and holds out his hand for Gwayne to get up. "Just like not so old times." He makes a tired chuckle.

Gwayne smiled and accepted the hand. "As I said, I was tired from my previous bouts. But no matter. Give me a moment to put on a clean tunic and we'll talk."
