"Why, I am entertained by your of course," She answered simply. "Or have you not noticed that I am still sitting here talking to you, rather than finding a... more easily persuaded man?"

"You'd be surprised how many of my brothers find their vows solemn." Flowers replied. "But perhaps you are right. Consider it a deal."

Nymeria smiled, leaned forward and gave him a peck on the cheek. "Shall we pay our visit to The Love Or Money now, or is there a better time for you?"

Nymeria grinned and offered her arm for him to take.

Lord Hightower entered the orphanage. After much thought at the Great Sept of Baelor, and deciding that Flea Bottom was a better option than asking the septons to recommend a member of the deserving poor, he had come to the orphanage instead. He waited for one of the brothers to attend him.

A man approached, with a gruff look, "What can I do for you Milord?" he asked.

"I need your council," he said. "I would like to help the poor by hosting a dinner for a poor man. Maybe more than one. I've a coin purse set aside for the matter. Perhaps you might tell me where I can find someone deserving? I think it would be foolish to simply enter the streets and announce my intentions. But your people live here, you surely know who is in need."

"You could host some of the children," The black brother suggested.

"I could. I would not object to doing that. But there are reasons why I must host at least one poor man too," Gwayne explained. "I have been given a task. If you know of a poor man with a family he struggles to feed I could give them a good meal, and the leftovers to take home with them."
He thought for a moment.
"But it would be good to help the orphanted children as well. If you like, I might take a couple of the boys on as pages or squires, and I know I could persuade my sister to take a girl as a maid. With the permission of the Night's Watch, of course."

The Black brother looks at the man like he' got a screw loose. "What the hell are you talking about? You wanted to host some poor people for dinner, host some of these children. That's what I'm talking about. Squires, jeez."

"I'm willing to do that," said Gwayne, beginning to grow frustrated. "But I was told I had to host a dinner for a poor man. I may lose the challenge if I invite no grown men. Listen, help me out and I will make a sizeable donation to the orphanage. But I am determined to attend Lord Cave's party."

"I don't know anything about no party but there will be brothers escorting the orphans so plenty of men who don't own nothing. Even the clothes on me back belong to the Watch."

"Fine then. It shall be done. Come tomorrow at noon. I can cater to no more than a score, including the brothers," Gwayne said. "And I will be present also."
